Consilium Divorce Consulting Program

Find clarity & confidence with the Consilium Divorce Consulting Program.

You know that you need to start figuring out your next steps, but you don’t know where to begin. You’re not ready to hire a full legal team or initiate a court process just yet. You have so many questions about the divorce process, your rights and obligations. Maybe you’ve been researching divorce options and law late into the night, feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

Maybe you’re wondering: Do I need a mediator or a lawyer? A collaborative team? Do I need to go to Court?

Or maybe you just want to make sure you’re doing this the smartest, most respectful and dignified way possible—for yourself, and for your family.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Attorney Jennifer Hatch, a Consilium Institute Certified Divorce Consultant and Massachusetts family law attorney with over 20 years of experience guiding clients through the complex divorce transition.

Through my Consilium Divorce Consulting Program, you’ll have three full months of access to my expertise, insights, and personalized strategy—without the commitment of retaining to initiate the divorce process.

Together, we’ll bring clarity, and confidence to your decision-making, so you can move forward with wisdom, not fear.

This Program is Perfect For You If…

✓ You are exploring divorce but aren’t ready to hire a lawyer on retainer
✓ You want to understand your options before making big decisions
✓ You are feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice online
✓ You want to protect your family’s well-being and minimize conflict
✓ You value thoughtful, informed guidance rooted in experience and empathy

What You’ll Get During Your 3-Month Consulting Experience

For three months, I’ll be your:
 ✓ personal divorce guide
 ✓ strategic thinking partner
✓ sounding board for legal and emotional clarity

We’ll meet for a series of one-on-one sessions designed to help you:

  • Understand the different divorce options available (mediation, traditional litigation, or collaborative divorce)

  • Clarify your goals and priorities—for yourself, your children, and your future

  • Learn what to expect at each stage of the process

  • Identify the right professionals to add to your support team

  • Develop a clear, confident plan for moving forward

This experience gives you the space to digest information at your own pace, ask questions as they arise, and make informed decisions grounded in wisdom and stability.

How It Works

1. Connection + Intake
We’ll start with a short call to discuss your situation and make sure this program is the right fit. Once confirmed, I’ll send you a Consilium Consultant Engagement Agreement followed by a customized Intake Form(s), so I can start to learn more about you, including your goals, concerns and unique circumstances.

2. Strategy Sessions
Over the course of three months, we’ll have up to three (3) meetings. I’ll share legal insight and context, answer your questions and provide guidance personalized to your unique circumstances.

3. Ongoing Access + Support
Between sessions, you’ll have access to me for clarifying questions and check-ins. Divorce decisions don’t happen in a single moment —they unfold over time, and I’ll be by your side throughout.

4. Path Forward
At the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with clarity on your next steps, a roadmap for your ideal process, and the confidence to move forward in alignment with your values.

 Investment: $2,400

Three months. Expert guidance. Real clarity.

You’ll have access to an experienced attorney and certified Consilium Divorce Consultant who’s dedicated to helping you feel informed, confident, and ready for what’s next—without rushing into the legal process before you’re ready.
