Rather than forcing rushed choices during an already emotional time, this process offers a more thoughtful way to understand your options, explore what matters most, and determine the path that best supports your future.
Throughout the experience, Jennifer serves as your strategic thinking partner and trusted divorce guide. Together, you will work through the questions, decisions, and define your next steps.
Up to two one-on-one strategy sessions over two months

Ongoing access for questions and check-ins between sessions

The Process
The process begins with a brief call to discuss your situation and determine whether this divorce consultation experience is the right fit. Once confirmed, you will receive an engagement agreement and customized intake forms designed to gather insight into your goals, concerns, and unique family circumstances.
Connection and Intake
Over the course of two months, you will have up to two one-on-one strategy sessions. During these meetings, Jennifer will help you better understand your divorce options, including mediation, collaborative divorce, and traditional litigation, while offering legal and personalized guidance tailored to your specific needs.
Strategy Sessions
Between sessions, you will have access for follow-up questions and check-ins as needed. Because divorce decisions often unfold over time, this ongoing support allows you to process information at your own pace and ask questions as they arise.
